Shipping & Returns
We ship directly from our family farm on Kauaʻi. We do our best to get all orders shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can anticipate when your order will arrive. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping provider.
Average shipping time within the United States is 3-5 business days. All US orders of $75 and over will receive free shipping at checkout. For orders under $75, the shipping rate is $7.80.
Please note: if you are using a discount code make sure the total value after entering the code is at least $75 to receive free US shipping.
Average shipping time is 10-15 business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight and country destination.
Please note: Import duties, taxes and charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer's responsibility if incurred.

We hope you love your Real Noni purchase, however if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com. We have a money-back guarantee, and we are happy to issue a product refund or exchange it for something else if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Please note, we do not refund your order's shipping costs. Real Noni will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned package.

If your package arrives damaged and/or broken, we will happily replace it for you. In order for us to help you please send us a photo of the damaged items to email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your package.
