Shipping

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped an email will be sent with all tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the information to be updated by the shipping provider. If you are unable to find this email, please contact us at aloha@realnoni.com, and we will be happy to resend your tracking details.

What is the shipping method?

All orders ship via USPS (United States Postal System).

What is the shipping cost and timeframe?

All orders typically process and ship within 24-48 hours. We ship Monday through Friday, except holidays.

UNITED STATES:

Average shipping time within the United States is 3-5 business days. All US orders of $75 and over will receive free shipping at checkout. For orders under $75, the shipping cost is $7.80.

Please note: if you are using a discount code make sure the total value after entering the code is at least $75 to receive free US shipping.

International:

Average shipping time is 10-15 business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on the package weight and country destination.

Please note: Import duties, taxes and charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are the customer's responsibility if incurred.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally around the world via USPS.

What is your return policy?
