How to Use Noni Fruit Leather

There are several easy ways to enjoy Noni Fruit Leather. Choose your daily ritual:

Eat It Raw
Tear off one 2" × 2" serving and eat as is, or let it slowly dissolve in your mouth before swallowing.

Tear, Roll & Swallow
Tear one 2" × 2" serving into smaller pieces, roll into small balls, and swallow with water.

Blend It & Swirl It
Dissolve a 2" × 2" serving into your favorite juice or warm tea, or blend it into a smoothie.

How Much Noni Fruit Leather Should I Take?

One 2" × 2" piece is one serving.

Daily Supplement: 1 serving per day
Persistent Conditions: 2–4 servings per day

Taking more than one serving? Split your servings between morning and evening. If two servings daily aren't providing the desired results, you can increase to three or four servings per day.

How to Use

For Skin Irritations

Apply liberally to affected areas and let air dry. Apply 2–3 times daily or more as desired.

For Daily Cleansing

For a Restorative Face Mask

Apply a quarter-size amount to cleansed skin and let dry. Leave on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse.

How to Use

For Relief

Shake well and apply liberally where pain relief is needed. Let air dry. Repeat 2–3 times daily or more as desired.

Before Activity

Shake well. Apply liberally to areas of concern before physical labor or a workout and let air dry.

Insider Tips

• Apply to the bottom of both feet and then to the localized pain area. The soles of your feet contain thousands of nerve endings, and many customers report even faster pain relief when applying the lotion this way.

• When applying, simply rub back and forth 3–4 times and let air dry. Avoid prolonged massaging, as the natural exfoliating properties of Noni will cause the lotion to ball up.

Restorative Noni Bandage

How to Use

For Skin Irritations

Spread over the irritated area, covering the skin completely. Smooth the edges and let dry for about 10 minutes. Once dry, cover with athletic tape or a bandage to help it stay in place longer.

To remove, peel off the salve or soften with water and wipe away. Reapply as needed and watch as it helps to restore your skin.

For a Restorative Face Mask

After cleansing, apply an even coat to your face and let dry. Leave on for 20–30 minutes, then soften with water and gently wipe away. Use 2–3 times per month.

For Nails

Apply to fingernails and toenails and let air dry. If desired, cover with a bandage or sock to keep it in place. Apply nightly to help improve the appearance and condition of your nails.
